I have had this app on my pre for a while now and
never had a problem. I recently downloaded a new
software update web OS version 1.3.5. Since then I keep getting a install failed error when I tried to update the app. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi Lee and Tony,
Thanks for the info on the app and the latest update to Palm. Can you tell me if you downloaded the app first from the App Catalog or from PreCentral Homebrew?
We are talking with Palm and will try and get this resolved ASAP.
Thanks

the program could have been downloaded from homebrew then updated through app store
